Mega Man X Shooter ("saga")
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
An experimental shooter with a Mega Man X theme.
I use this project to experiment with various modern 2d platformer mechanics as I learn about game design.
Platforms: Linux, MacOS, Windows. Use a Mouse+Keyboard.
The MMX music is by Krzysztof Słowikowski. The boss FF7 boss music is by Daniel Tidwell, "The Rodney Dangerfield of Video Game Metal". The sprites are borrowed from Capcom (seem permissive regarding fan games).
